Family wine selecting

Daddy took Kitty to the cinema to see The Lego Movie while me and Bubs did a bit of window shopping (or rather loitering around the Trafford Centre playing with fountains and the like).

After we went to M&S for a few bits. I thought they looked pretty cool together perusing the wine selection (aka looking for a cheap one).

I bought Bubs a new toy from Hamleys for being so good and while we were there, Kitty had a go in their golden ticket grab box. How excited can a 5 year old get in a perspex box?...VERY.

Trinity

Working on a nice project with the Churches Conservation Trust to try and find a new use for a fantastic old church. It's not been used since the 1980s and these days finds itself set between an industrial estate and a predominantly Muslim community. Incredibly it has survived pretty much intact but is in desperate need of a new use to secure its future. We organised an open day on Saturday to try and drum up some local interest. More people came than I expected, so there might be something we can do. It was really cold though, the stone floor had ice on it and my feet have yet to thaw out.

Mobility-kitty

We went to visit Uncle Darren, Auntie Nicky and Ben in Liverpool. Nicky recently got a scooter so we took a trip to the park to test it out. Kit and Ben seemed to enjoy it more than Nicky!

All grown up

Bub's is one already and with her new dress, cardigan and handbag (all Christmas gifts - thank you) Kitty looks so grown up. When did this happen?

New bike

Kitty asked Santa for a new bike with a basket and a dolly carrier. She has been trashing around on it in the pub car park across the road since Christmas. It won't be long before the stabilisers will need to come off, but at the moment its not something she will even consider.
